Own A Piece of the Last Frontier
Land for Sale in Beautiful Haines, Alaska

Where is Haines?

Haines is located at the northern end of the Southeast Alaska Panhandle, just outside the Tongass National Forest boundary.  It is where the road meets the water.  Access by land is via the Haines Highway from Canada, through the Kluane National Park.  By “sea”, ride a ferry through the picturesque Inside Passage on the Alaska Marine Highway System a water-based American Scenic Byway. You can also reach Haines on a breath taking flight past mountains and glaciers with one of several air taxi services from Juneau, Alaska’s capital city.

With its natural beauty, abundant wildlife and small town feel, Haines is a great place to fulfill your idea of the Alaskan Dream!

So, what’s in it for me?

Just under 12 acres (11.9) of flat and sunny land located on Mosquito Lake Road at 26 1⁄2 mile on the Haines Highway.

The site has a large cleared area just off the road, and a smaller clearing down a short trail.

The lot is well situated, with over 500 feet of road frontage and mountain views. There is easy access on a road maintained year round.

Wildlife abounds, as this parcel is just north of the Alaska Chilkat Bald Eagle Preserve and just west of Kroshel Films Wildlife Center.  With eagles soaring above and bear trails to explore on the property, it won’t take long to get to know your furry and feathered neighbors!
